- Payments. Online payments are processed by LawPay. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Client portal. The client portal is operated by MyCase, under its own privacy policy.
- Website data. Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. The site may use basic cookies to function.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, check for conflicts of interest, evaluate and provide legal services, process payments, and keep the website running. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the firm (such as our website host, payment processor and practice-management system), or when the law requires it.
Confidentiality
Information you send through this website is not confidential, and does not create an attorney-client relationship, until we confirm in writing that we have agreed to represent you. Please don’t send confidential details before then.
